What types of apartments are available?
Our Cambridge Harvard Square Communities offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. Availability varies throughout the year.
How large are the apartments?
Apartment sizes vary by floor plan:
• Studio: approximately 345–445 square feet
• One-bedroom: approximately 530–700 square feet
• Two-bedroom: approximately 700–1,000 square feet
• Three-bedroom: approximately 800–1,100 square feet
• Four-bedroom: approximately 2,097 square feet
Square footage is approximate and may vary by apartment.
What type of flooring is included?
Most apartments feature hardwood flooring. Select apartments at Brattle Arms include carpeted areas.
How much closet space is available?
Most apartments include at least two closets. Closet layouts and storage space vary by apartment.
Do the apartments include laundry?
Laundry options vary by building. Apartments at 15 Langdon Street include in-home laundry. Residents of 59/61 Langdon Street have access to the shared laundry room at 65 Langdon Street. Most other buildings offer shared laundry facilities.
Do any apartments have balconies, patios, or outdoor space?
Outdoor features vary by building. Select apartments at 65 Langdon Street and 1 Langdon Sq include balconies and select basement apartments at Chauncy Court and Wendell Terrace include patios.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, our apartments are leased unfurnished.

What utilities are included in the rent?
Heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for other utilities as outlined in the lease agreement.
What utilities will I be responsible for?
Utility costs vary depending on personal usage and the services selected.
What internet providers are available?
Xfinity service is available, and residents may be eligible for promotional pricing. Other internet providers may also service the area.

What lease terms do you offer?
Twelve-month leases.
Do you offer move-in specials?
Move-in specials may be available on select apartments. Current offers are subject to change. Please contact the leasing office for current promotions.
Do you require credit and background screening?
Yes. Rental applications include credit and background screening in accordance with applicable laws and leasing requirements.
What are the move-in costs?

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Service animals and approved assistance animals are accepted in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
How do I request an accommodation for a service animal or assistance animal?
Requests for service animals and assistance animals are reviewed in accordance with applicable laws. Verification is completed through PetScreening, and supporting documentation may be required when permitted by law.
